Postal Delivery

We've made it our business to provide a competitive exchange rate service which can entice customers and give them a viable alternative to more expensive high street banks, Post Offices, Mark's and Spencer's and other travel agents. We stock all major currencies and other exotic currencies which may be hard to find in high street banks.

You can use the steps outlined below to place currency orders by post. It's important to note that all pf these orders can only be delivered to home addresses in order to ensure optimal security. The currency will be delivered via an insured Royal Mail special package delivery. If you are unable to collect the parcel at the time of delivery, you will be able to receive your currency at your local Royal Mail sorting office. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order.

How It Works:

  • Step 1

    Select the foreign currency you wish to purchase and place your postal delivery order.Orders over £1000 will receive free delivery. The maximum value of your order cannot exceed £2500.

  • Step 2

    You will receive an e-mail notification shortly after placing your order which will contain the instructions necessary to make payments via bank transfer. Bank transfers are highly secure, and Access Bureau will not keep any of your bank details following the completion of the transaction. We do not accept debit, credit card payments or cheque deposit to our account for this particular service.

  • Step 3

    Please deposit the amount quoted in the notification with delivery charges. If you haven’t included the delivery charge to the quoted amount, we will remove this balance from your currency delivery. It's important to ensure that you have quoted your order reference number while completing the bank transfer. Failure to submit the order reference number may delay the order or result in order cancellation.

    Dispatch Time:

    1. Orders and payments received from Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM will be dispatched to the Royal Mail on the same business day for next-day delivery.
    2. Orders and payments received from Monday to Friday after 3:00 PM will be dispatched to the Royal Mail by the following day for delivery.
    3. Orders and payments received on Friday after 3:00 PM and over the weekend will be dispatched to the Royal Mail by the next available working day for the delivery. Our working days are Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, excluding bank holidays.

     

  • Step 4

    Funds must arrive to our bank by 3.00 PM for next day delivery to occur. Once we receive the payment to our bank, we will process the delivery order and send you an order confirmation.

    Note : We will provide the best possible rates on the day we receive payment. If payments are received by our bank later than the day you have placed the order, we will amend your rate and ensure the best possible rates
