To buy currency, simply place your order online in 3 simple steps:

1. Create your order
Select the amount of currency you need and your nearest collection point.
2. Enter your details
Enter your name, email address, and phone number.
3. Order confirmation
Review your order. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email stating these details.

We’ll send you an order confirmation email immediately. Then you’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection. Once your order is ready for collection, it will be held in-store at your pre-secured rate for two days.

You can pay using cash or card in most of our stores. Please note: some pick up locations only accept cash; you can check the accepted payment methods of your pick up location in your order confirmation email or by calling the store directly. Please note that some credit card providers may charge a cash advance fee for purchasing travel money


To collect your travel money you’ll need to bring:
– Order confirmation email (on your phone or printed)
– Payment method: Our branches accept cash and UK Debit card. 
– Valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence)
